Mais qu&rsquo;en est-il lorsque l&rsquo;on na\u00eet avec un handicap et dans la pauvret\u00e9 ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Les anomalies cong\u00e9nitales que sont le spina bifida et l&rsquo;hydroc\u00e9phalie touchent de mani\u00e8re disproportionn\u00e9e les populations les plus pauvres.
